Shipping & Delivery Policy

• Free Priority Shipping: We offer complimentary USPS Priority Mail shipping on all domestic orders over $99.
• Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST, Monday through Friday, ship the very same day.
• Next-Business-Day Shipping: Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST, or over the weekend, will ship the following business day.
• Holiday Schedule: Same-day shipping excludes U.S. federal holidays. Please note that our online ordering system may occasionally count a holiday as a business day; however, carrier operations will resume on the next official business day.

• Global Delivery: We offer international shipping via DHL Express.
• Same-Day Processing: International orders also qualify for our 12:00 PM PST same-day shipping cutoff.
• Delivery Timelines: International shipments typically take 10 to 15 business days on average.
• Customs Delays: Delivery may take longer if your package is held for inspection by your country's customs office. Viva Romé Potó is not responsible for customs delays, duties, or international import fees.

• Estimated Timelines: All delivery windows are strictly estimates provided by USPS, UPS, and DHL. They are not guarantees.
• Carrier Responsibility: Viva Romé Potó is not a transit carrier. Once your package is scanned and in the possession of the shipping carrier, we hold no direct control or legal responsibility over its physical delivery.
• Delivery Issues: Any issues regarding delayed, missing, or misdelivered packages must be officially resolved with the respective shipping carrier.
• Our Support: While we are not liable for transit errors, we value your journey. We will gladly do our best to advocate on your behalf and help resolve issues with the carrier should problems arise.

• Privacy Assured: We deeply respect the sacred and personal nature of your journey. All orders are shipped exclusively in plain brown boxes with no external branding.
• Return Address: While the shipping label will display our company name, Viva Romé Potó, for return accuracy, it will never list individual product names or details on the outside of the box to maintain discretion.

• Tracking Number: As soon as your order is packed and labeled, an automated confirmation email containing your tracking link will be sent to you.
• Activation Time: Please allow up to 24 hours from receiving your email for the carrier (USPS, UPS, or DHL) to scan the package and update the tracking status online.
