Shipping policy

We provide free ground mail shipping via USPS for all orders above $49.

We provide free priority mail shipping via USPS for all orders above $99.

We offer 'same day shipping' if orders are placed prior to 12 pm Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S holidays.  All orders thereafter, are shipped the next business day.

Shipping expected delivery times are estimations, and not a guarantee by USPS.

Be aware not all U.S holidays are recognized by the shipping system and may still calculate that day as a shipping business day.

Viva Romé Potó is not the shipping carrier nor has any control or responsibility of the delivery of the package once it is shipped. Any issues with delivery of your package must be resolved with the shipping carrier. We do our best to resolve any issues with the shipping carrier on your behalf.

For international shipments, we also offer 'same day shipping'.  USPS is also used and delivery times are 10 to 15 days on average.  It can take longer if your package is placed on hold by customs.
