Returns and Cancellations Policy
No Returns on Sacred Medicine
  • Sacred Medicine: We do not accept returns on any sacred medicine products under any circumstances.
  • Safety & Integrity: These products are sacred medicine and cannot be resold once they leave our facility.
  • Quality Exception: If you truly feel your sacred medicine is not of good quality, we will accept an exchange or issue a store credit to make it right. 
Applicator Returns & Exchanges
  • New & Unused: Applicators can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt if they are completely new and unused.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping fees associated with returning or exchanging unused applicators.
  • Defective Applicators: If an applicator is defective, it must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Defective Options: We will replace it with the same item, offer an exchange, or provide a store credit.
  • Defective Shipping: We will completely cover all shipping costs for defective applicator returns. 
Order Cancellations & Edits
  • Before Shipping: If you change your mind or ordered the wrong item by mistake, you can cancel or edit your order.
  • Time Limit: Changes can only be made before your order has shipped. Once it leaves our warehouse, it cannot be changed or canceled.
  • How to Change: Cancellations and edits can only be requested via our homepage Live Chat. Email requests for cancellations will not be accepted. 
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your items arrive damaged or we accidentally shipped the wrong product, we will send you a brand-new replacement at no extra cost. 
  • 10-Day Window: You must contact us within 10 days of delivery.
  • Expedited Shipping: We do not issue cash refunds, but we will ship your replacement via expedited shipping ASAP.
  • Keep the Original: You do not need to ship anything back to us. If we sent the wrong product, you can keep it!
  • Photo Proof Required: You must submit clear photos showing the damage or the incorrect product received.
