Refund policy

We do offer a full refund if products are shipped incorrectly or damaged.  You must contact us within 10 days of receiving your products.  You may contact us via our live chat on our home page or email vivaromepoto@gmail.com.  Products do not have to be returned but you must submit proof of damaged or incorrect products by pictures.  Refunds will be credited back to your original payments method.
